David Moore - President and Founder

David founded Navagis, LLC in 2008. Before founding Navagis he worked as a government employee for the Army Corps of Engineers. While at the Corps he created Corpsglobe, now one of the largest Google Earth Enterprise installations outside of Google consisting of over 800+ terabytes, and 60+ processing cores for imagery, terrain, and vector data used for emergency response, disaster recovery, and homeland security. He has knowledge of all aspects of Google Earth Enterprise, ranging from single installations all the way up to very large grid systems, as well as in-depth knowledge of Google Earth / ArcGIS interactions. In 2010, David spent six months at the Googleplex helping develop the next generation capabilities of Google Earth Enterprise.

David graduated with a Computer Science Degree from Mississippi State University with a focus on Information Assurance and Software Engineering. While at MSU he was selected for the National Science Foundation Information Assurance Scholarship. David received the Department of the Army's Commander's Award for Civilian Service in 2007 for his data collection efforts with the Corps of Engineers after the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and Rita.

Ben Hubbard - Vice President of Product Development

Ben joined Navagis in 2009. He oversees all software development, customer support, and technical services for the company. Prior to joining Navagis, Ben served for four years as a software developer at a CMM Level 5 rated software organization at Eglin Air Force base near Destin, FL. During his time at Eglin, Ben was twice recognized with Notable Achievement Awards for his outstanding work in support of the Air Force's mission.

Ben holds a Bachelors of Science in both Computer Science and Software Engineering from Mississippi State University. He graduated Cum Laude and received the most Outstanding Software Engineer award for his graduating class. Ben also holds a Master of Science in Information Security from Georgia Tech.

Patrick Norman - Vice President of Global Marketing

As vice president of global marketing, Norman is responsible for demand generation, on-line marketing, corporate branding, web marketing, inbound marketing and sales and marketing process optimization. With over 8 years experience in digital marketing, Norman works to deliver measurable marketing value with an emphasis in utilizing digital and online marketing methods to drive a ROI. Prior to joining Navagis, Norman was the co-founder of Bomgar Corporation, an enterprise remote support technology company. In addition to being co-founder of Bomgar, Norman served in a variety of marketing & leadership roles in areas including online & digital marketing, brand marketing, demand generation, commercial sales and marketing processes, etc.

Norman graduated from Belhaven College with a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics. Norman had the privilege of earning 2 of the college's highest honors, the Bess Caldwell Memorial award & the Guy T. Gillespie Memorial award. Both honors given to the student who in the eyes of the faculty most nearly represents the ideals of the college as well as having shown the greatest loyalty and service to his fellow students.

Joel Bomgar

Joel Bomgar is the founder and CEO of Bomgar Corporation, the company recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2008 and 2009 as the #1 fastest-growing company in Mississippi. Mr. Bomgar has led Bomgar in its acquisition of over 5,000 customers in all 50 states and over 50 countries worldwide since its inception in 2003. Prior to starting Bomgar Corporation, Mr. Bomgar worked as a senior network engineer for Business Communications, Inc. (BCI), a Mississippi-based technology integrator, where he was responsible for providing technical support and assistance to BCI's customers.

Mr. Bomgar serves as the primary spokesman for Bomgar Corporation and has appeared on ABC News' "Ahead of the Curve" and on NetworkWorld's "Hot Seat". Mr. Bomgar was accepted into the Young Presidents' Organization, the world's largest network of company Presidents and CEOs. Most recently, Mr. Bomgar was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 Award in the Houston & Gulf Coast Area Program. Mr. Bomgar graduated summa cum laude from Belhaven College with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Jim Finley

Mr. Finley is the owner of The Growth Coach, a Jackson, Mississippi metropolitan area based company dedicated to providing support for small businesses. Mr. Finley's experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Craft-Co Enterprises, Inc. from 1992 until 2007. During his tenure Craft-Co achieved the International Quality Standards of QS9001, ISO9001, ISO14001, and TS16949. The company was also one of the 100 largest privately owned companies in Mississippi, one of the 15 fastest growing companies in Mississippi, and the top 100 minority owned companies in the USA.

Before joining Craft-Co, Mr. Finley held management/executive positions with Chrysler Corp. and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Finley also serves on the Board of Directors of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi, the Better Business Bureau of Mississippi, and the Mississippi District Export Council. Mr. Finley received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
